Show Me the Money…AND the Green M&M’s!

Looking to hire a professional speaker or talent for your next event?  This Roundtable is for you!  Is it rude to ask for a discount in speaking fees?  Can the talent/artist really ask for that?  Is there a way to offset the speaking fee?  What’s included with a performance fee?  Pat McLaughlin of the IL Movers’ & Warehousemens’ Association and Melissa Bealon, CMP of the IL Funeral Directors Association will share experiences and talk about the do’s and don’ts of hiring speakers, celebrity talent and musical acts.

Date: Thursday, May 12, 2016
Time: 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Topic: Negotiating Speakers, Musicians and other Talent
CAE Credit: 1.5 hours

Please feel free to bring your lunch with you.
