Pamela J. Tolson, CAE, has served as ISAE’s Executive Director for 20 years.  She received her Certified Association Executive (CAE) credentials in 1997.  Pam has a Business Management Degree from St. Mary of the Woods College in Indiana and is President of Management Resource Specialists, Inc. (MRSI).  MRSI is an association management company that was incorporated in 1995.  Pam is a Past President and founding member of the Association Societies Alliance, the association of ASAE Allied Societies that was formed in 2004.  She is an active member of ASAE and the American Sailing Association.
